Dawn lives outside of Nashville, TN with her husband, daughter, two step-sons and one very spoiled Bichon Frise, named Cotton. Kolan is the WSMA’s Associate Director of Legislative & Regulatory Affairs. Kolan’s primary responsibility is lobbying for the association and advancing the WSMA’s legislative and regulatory agenda. In her free time, she cycles, love sci-fi and The Big Lebowski.In addition, she assists with legal and policy issues/research. Kolan joined the WSMA in October of 2011 further strengthening the advocacy capabilities in Olympia. Kolan worked with the legislature in other capacities.
