According to the New York Post, the actress and Schnabel were spotted "dancing and grinding all over each other" at a lavish fete in honor of Naomi Campbell's boyfriend in Jodhpur, India, in early November.
But theirs is only the latest in a long line of May-December romances.
Much of the news over the past year since she split from husband Ashton Kutcher, has been about her ex-husband and his new girlfriend, Mila Kunis.
However, now the spotlight has switched to Moore and Schnabel. The new couple are said to have met earlier this month at a party in India, according to The New York Post. A source at the party has told the Post: "They were dancing...openly, in front of other guests," and since then have been "quietly spending time together."Schnabel is also interestingly the son of famed artist and filmmaker, Julian Schnabel.
"They were making out almost all night and stayed there almost until close.
They were both enjoying themselves." The mother of four was married to Seal for seven years before parting with him in April 2012.
Schnabel, an art dealer, is the son of painter and director Julian Schnabel.
The eldest son of Julian, Vito grew up around art world and Hollywood royalty before eventually making his own name as a curator and art dealer as a teenager.
If Ashton Kutcher was May and Demi Moore, December, her new beau is March.
Moore is said to have moved on from estranged husband Kutcher, 34, with Vito Schnabel, the 26-year-old son of artist and filmmaker Julian Schnabel.
The actress was spotted in the Florida city yesterday looking downcast as she emerged from Starbucks in a blue shirt, which was unbuttoned to reveal her clevage, tiny denim cut-offs and dark sunglasses.
While Ashton Kutcher and girlfriend Mila Kunis have been enjoying a romantic Roman holiday in Italy, his estranged wife, Demi Moore, has been quietly seeing a new man: art dealer Vito Schnabel, son of famed painter Julian Schnabel.
